Ummm....Who did this?

So I opened the refrigerator one night and right in front of me was this carton of whipping cream with a straw in it. My first thought was, "Why is someone drinking whipping cream?" Followed by..."Which one of the boys did this?" Do you have a guess? I know now who it was, it only took me a few minutes after the laughing subsided to figure out.
Clue #1 The shelf was too high for Blake to reach.
Clue #2 It had to be someone who drinks milk all of the time.
Clue # 3 This child either couldn't read that it said whipping cream, or they were curious as to what whipping cream tasted like prior to the whipping.

Answer~ Collin. I asked him if he tried the cream and he told me, "yeah that milk does not taste good at all." Did you guess the right boy?

Cub Scouts

The scouts had a local law enforcement officer visit and give them some safety tips, and try on the gear.

They were attempting to fly kites, but lack of wind led them to gargle water instead.

This is for the conservation requirement. The boys planted flowers at a local elementary school.

Dylan has been in scouts since he turned 8 at the end of February. Here are some shots of things they have been up to at their den meetings.

Chris in NYC this week

Hi all. I am in New York this week for work. I will be flying home Thursday, so not a long trip...thank goodness. My hotel room is kind of small, but at least it has a view of the Empire State Building, so that's pretty cool.

Hope everyone had a great 4th. We bbq and did some fireworks. We have had so much rain that there were no bands. We had a great time, and Jordan is old enough this time to get more out of it. Anyhow, I guess I will talk more about the 4th of July next year :)

Tribute to Mustache May

A friend of mine from years back started a trend in Utah. Mustache May, to be exact. Every May the guys don their mustache pride in order to raise money for charity. Anyway, I was joking about it with him last December and I told him the boys would work on their mustaches too.
