Holiday Prep

We went hunting for the perfect Christmas tree up in the mountains. We finally made a decision after much deliberation.

My sister,Lora, went with us to get her tree also.

Collin helping me to lug the tree to the car.

That was "option number four" as Dylan liked to put it.

We went to 7-11 after to get a hot chocolate, but the call of the slurpee was too much for the boys. I don't know how they managed because we were cold already.

Looks like you guys had fun, but wheres all the snow. It makes it much more fun getting a tree in 4-5 feet of snow. JK! Now lets see those pictures of the finised poduct.

If we had gone a week later there would have been snow! It would not have been 4-5 feet deep, but there were a few inches up in those mountains last week. It was SO cold last week here (for us anyway!).

Well I Know it can get cold out there. Thats cool that you got some snow. It feels like spring out here right now. So much for a white Christmas.
